Our state-of-the-art toolroom in Austria has world-class, high-performance equipment – completely new and with the latest tools of digitalisation and automation. Here you will find our machinery for manufacturing, mould qualification as well as measuring and testing.
Manufacturing
Completely new state-of-the-art equipment with new tools of digitalization and automation.
Between 9 and 31 March 2021, more than 20 processing machines and automation systems for mould making were delivered to our new plant in Waidhofen/Thaya and put into operation.
Automation
Fully automated robotic lines with EDM and 5-axis milling machines.
Soft- and Hard-Milling
Newest addition: the YASDA YBM Vi40 with EROWA ERC80 automation and 16 pallet stations.
Soft- and Hard-Turning
Since 2025, robots load our milling and turning machines even outside working hours.
Sink- and Wire-EDM
Expanded in 2022 as part of our EUR 2 million capacity investment.

Mold Qualification
High performance molding machines from 150 to 650 tons.
In mid-April 2021, three injection moulding machines with clamping forces of 150 to 650 tonnes moved into our technical centre. Every new mould is validated there using SIM and DOE mould validation techniques.
High speed injection molding machines
Since March 2024, a fourth machine from Arburg has been sampling our 2K moulds.
Measuring and Testing
Newest computer tomography and CMM machines integrated in automation lines, optical and force measuring machines.
With the ZEISS METROTOM 6 scout, we digitise complex plastic components and assemblies including their internal geometries – a complete 3D image for fully non-destructive testing.
Part and process inspection
CT for initial sample testing, mould corrections and the analysis of wall thickness and defects.
