In order to reliably meet the increasing demand, VTW is increasing capacity in almost all areas – from production technology to personnel. A key lever: top-level automation in the field of soft machining. Two new automated systems load milling and turning machines even when employees are not present. The robots went into operation this week – and VTW is already considering further investments to enable it to manufacture even more high-precision tools at competitive prices. “The most important factor here is our highly qualified employees,” emphasizes the management.
